When specifying -flto=full as an "Additional Option" to get fastest code, VisualD (or LDC) switches to lld-link.exe. The flag "-L/noopttls" is still present though and makes the compilation fail. VisualD 0.52.0 LDC 1.21.0

Note: The change to lld linker might have been due to other causes.

workaround -L/noopttls removed in Visual D 1.0
