A friend and I, both using windows & chrome, were unable to download either the .exe and .7z files for the dmd installer while using chrome. Using edge it however did work. Due to us both experiencing this issue I am pretty confident this is not an isolated issue.

It's unfortunately the conference of Chrome pushing for HTTPS everywhere. Using right-click then "Save as" works around the issue. Reported as 21292. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of issue 21292 ***
