O_CLOEXEC, F_DUPFD_CLOEXEC, SOCK_CLOEXEC and SOCK_NONBLOCK declarations are missing for linux. Linux also needs accept4 function, because CLOEXEC flag is not inherited automatically. O_CLOEXEC, SOCK_CLOEXEC and SOCK_NONBLOCK for NetBSD.
