Seen when running the cxx-unittest program: --- $ ./cxx-unittest rootobject.d(2): Error: undefined identifier `Object` Not sure whether this is reproducible with just a D source file alone.

After some bisecting, determined to not be a regression.

Caused by semantic passes (struct, class, interface) calling ungagSpeculative, overriding any global gag imposed on the compilation unit.
