Each line of a command file should denote a single argument. But dmd will currently split lines that contain spaces into multiple arguments, e.g. -JE:\repos\dmd tmp\generated\windows\release\64 is processed as 1. -JE:\repos\dmd 2. tmp\generated\windows\release\64
