I am quite sure that Visual D can be installed in Visual Studio 2019 from the Extensions->Manage Extensions menu, but in Visual Studio 2022 (version 17.1.0) Visual D does not show up when I search for it.
When I go into Roaming Extension Manager, then Visual D does show up in the list (with a "cloud" icon, apparently because I have it installed for VS 2019) but the Download button is disabled.
My guess is that the plugin doesn't advertise itself as compatible with VS2022 yet. Maybe you forgot to push your latest release to the marketplace? Or could it be a problem to have both VS2019 and VS2022 side by side?
Thanks for your awesome work, all these years!

Thanks for the reminder, I've updated the version in the market place and set compatible VS versions.
