There was an upstream bug in lld-link that breaks a common pattern with pragma(linkerDirective). The new version of lld-link with version 14 fixes the issue. I tried dropping the new exes right into my dmd install and it appears to Just Work, fixing this bug without causing other regressions. I recommend updating the bundled version ASAP.
