Visual D is crashing Visual Studio 17.4.3 when I right-click on a new filter in the solution explorer. To repro: Right-click on a project in the solution explorer, choose Add -> New filter, enter a name (eg "src"), then right click on the new filter ... VS crashes. I'm on Windows 11 22621.1265.
