calling std.stdio.getch returns a character from the keyboard when pressed. calling std.stdio.getche only returns a character from the keyboard after the enter key is pressed. Given the naming convention I was not expecting this.

These symbols don't exist anymore. They were probably C functions anyway. RTFM! :)

std.stdio.getch does not exist in the docs (dlang.org/phobos). Are these symbols hiding somewhere else now?
