Here it is missing the O_NOFOLLOW def for darwin: https://github.com/dlang/dmd/blob/001b66ed4033ae642e3501dd8ccb5e15bf1b7933/druntime/src/core/sys/posix/fcntl.d#L461 Not sure which is the right value.
