The left hand column on a ref doc page, which I'm going to call the index, is missing entries for many of the modules. This appears to be mostly with druntime. eg. if I goto https://dlang.org/phobos/core_sys_posix_sys_stat.html I can't fine an entry on the left in the index for it. (Also there is no link on the page to the source file in github)
