The sync package's di files (and the sync directory) aren't present in dmd/src/druntime/import/core

Moving to the druntime component. Sean, reassign to Walter if it's a release process problem.

Fixed: druntime/import/core/sync currently exists and contains the .di files. (dmd2.053)
