Consider this post by Sender "%u <[email protected]>" : news://news.digitalmars.com:119/[email protected] Now check the bugzilla bug entry and the corresponding comment: http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=323 The comment shows as originating from me, which as you can see is not the case.

The auto-posting of newsgroup messages to bugzilla isn't being done any more, so this bug can't exist. If that's ever re-enabled and this bug still exists, it can be debugged then. Bugzilla has been upgraded twice since this bug was originally filed and it's not at all clear if it exists any more.
