sample dmd.conf: [Environment] http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:8118 is interpreted as [Environment] HTTP_PROXY=http://127.0.0.1:8118 cause: inifile.c:233: if (islower(*p)) inifile.c:234: *p &= ~0x20; While this behaviour is documented in the source code, it isn't documented on the compiler page: http://www.digitalmars.com/d/dcompiler.html#Win32 http://www.digitalmars.com/d/dcompiler.html#linux
