In the third example code:
writeln(ct); // writes [1 1]
writeln(rt); // writes [257]
The output is instead:
1 1
1 0 1 0
"is ( Type Identifier )"
"is ( Type Identifier : TypeSpecialization )"
"is ( Type Identifier == TypeSpecialization , TemplateParameterList )"
Replace writefln with writeln in all the code examples.

Literals fixed. writefln doesn't have to be fixed, it works fine.
Will make pull request later.

I don't think bugs should be marked resolved until the changes are in the appropriate master repository. There's a lot of things that can happen between a private branch submit and the point of the merge.
