Is there any reason why atomicLoad() isn't public in core.atomic? It's useful, presumably stable and already implemented. Lack of this being public has made me have to cut and paste snippets of the code into my std.parallelism module that's under review.

This was resolved in 2.053. No idea why it wasn't marked as such.
