Bug 5108 – Clarification on template alias parameters

The D documentation needs to clarify when and how alias parameters should work when aliasing variables. If so, is the alias still valid once the function returns? - Can a template alias parameter alias a non-static member function? - Can a template alias parameter alias a function nested in a non-static member function?
