int[][] arr; arr = new int[][](2,5);// 5 is ignored! writefln(arr); [[0,0],[0,0]]

Works dmd 1.068 & 2.053 Prints: [[0, 0, 0, 0, 0], [0, 0, 0, 0, 0]]
