More evidence that the zip file should be created from scratch every time.

std_gc and std_thread now redirect to their core equivalents, others were removed. Fixed in 2.054.

New dead-module html pages are being distributed in 2.060 zip: std_gregorian.html std_date.html std_contracts.html std_bind.html

We don't have access to HTML generation, it's always up to Walter to build the final zip file.
