Implement write and writeln in std.stdio. It's just plain silly that we only have the formated versions of those functions. Note some some problems of using the formatted versions: http://www.digitalmars.com/d/archives/digitalmars/D/bugs/About_Format_String_Attack_for_D_s_writef_8609.html

Added in DMD 1.022 and 2.005.
