setup-gcc.sh includes a bit using sed with the -E option. I've never seen this option before ... it doesn't work in GNU sed. I've seen a few people complain about it in #d. The actual compilation works, as this sed is basically optional and is the last component of setup-gcc.sh, but it's a bit obnoxious.
