Ddoc works great for documenting D code, but it relies crucially on adequate macro definitions. By default it just produces crappy HTML.
Advanced users may pick up the macros we use from github, but that's far from straightforward. We should define a few macro batteries ready to download, along with screenshots.

I think we should maybe make a DWiki page and post this and other .ddoc schemes there, and maybe linkback to the wiki page from dlang.org.
