Bug 9696 – Ddoc should provide macro on types to allow injecting links to definitions

Take this for example: http://dlang.org/phobos/std_algorithm.html#levenshteinDistanceAndPath The return type is: "Tuple!(size_t, EditOp[])" However EditOp is documented almost a page up, it's easy to miss. Ddoc should add some kind of macro to the type so we can make the types clickable, which would take us to: http://dlang.org/phobos/std_algorithm.html#EditOp I'm not sure if this might already be doable without touching ddoc code.
